Rafting and Accommodation Trip Policies:
We provide a personalized experience for you and your guests, with a guide assigned to each group’s raft, and fresh lunches prepared for each trip. If you need to reschedule or cancel a trip, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your revised trip as best we can, and so you avoid higher than necessary cancellation fees!
Rafting and Accommodation Cancellation:
- 30 days’ notice = 50% refund for rafting trips; $25+ per reservation for accommodations (see lodging details).
- No refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice; trips may be rescheduled at no fee with 72 hours advance notice.
- No refunds for cancellations of prepaid gift certificates, trip vouchers, or special offers/sale prices.
- We do not issue refunds or credits toward rescheduling for cancellations with less than 72 hours advance notice.
Guest Safety:
We are committed to guest safety on the river and on our premises and buses. Guests who, in the judgment of the rafting staff and/or company owner, pose a threat to themselves or others, will not be permitted to board for the trip, and/or may be removed from the trip if feasible. Guests are NOT permitted to raft under the undue influence of any substance, prescription or recreational, or if they are deemed to be mentally, emotionally, or behaviorally unprepared or combative. Such situations will be subject to either the Rescheduling or Cancellation terms at the discretion of West Virginia Adventures.
