Reservations
How to make a reservations for your West Virgina Whitewater rafting adventure, first figure out:
~ What section of river do you want to run?
~ How many people are you rafting with and what are their ages?
~ What month and day do you want to come?
~ Do you want to tent or RV camp?
~ Would you like to stay in a hotel?
~ Do you want catered meals?
Then just call or e-mail to set up your reservation.
A 50% deposit must be paid within 14 days of making reservations or your seats will not be guaranteed on that trip.
We do not hold reservations for Gauley River trips without a deposit.
The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled trip date, or your reservations is not guaranteed.
We will confirm all reservations by e-mail unless directed otherwise.
We welcome last minute reservations when we have available space. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW RIVER RAFTING
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your trip date will require a $20 per reservation handling fee. From 16 to 30 days prior to your trip date, a $25 per person handling fee is charged. From 10 to 15 days prior to your trip date, a $45 per person handling fee will be charged. There are no refunds with less than ten (10) days notice. We do not issue credits or refunds for no shows. For groups of 10 or more, a 10% handling fee is charged.
GAULEY RAFTING
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your trip date will require a $30 per reservation handling fee. From 16 to 30 days prior to your trip date, a $40 per person handling fee will be charged. From 10 to 15 days prior to the trip date, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged as a handling fee. There are no refunds with less than ten (10) days notice. We do not issue credits or refunds for no shows. For groups of 10 or more, there is a 10% handling fee.
Adult Liability Form
Every adult who participates in a trip with West Virginia Adventures is required to complete an adult liability form. You will need a separate form for each trip (rafting or other).
Child Release Form
If you are bringing a child under the age of 18 of whom you are not the parent or legal guardian you will need to have the child Liability form signed and dated by the child's parent or guardian prior to the arriving at the outpost. This form is for each trip that the child will be participating in. If they are rafting 2 days they will need a separate form for each day.
